Policies & Terms

At Lip Invasion, we take pride in offering a high-quality, professional experience. To respect our time, protect our schedule, and ensure fairness to all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced.

​Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, prepaid packages, deposits, or missed appointments, no exceptions.

​

 

 

​Financing Policy 

Invasion Aesthetics is not responsible for any refund requests processed through third-party financing platforms such as Cherry/ AfterPay/ Carecredit . If you choose to finance your treatment or package through Cherry, please note that your repayment terms are handled directly with them and are still owed in full, even if you cancel or do not complete your treatments. We do not issue partial or full refunds for any Cherry-financed purchases.

 

 

​Cancellations & Late Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of your service fee.

  • Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may be rescheduled or treated as a no-show at our discretion.

 

​Deposits & Prepaid Packages

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. It will be applied toward your service but is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of schedule changes.

  • Prepaid packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Missed sessions will not be reimbursed or credited.​​

​

Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups are not included with any treatment unless explicitly stated. Additional product or corrections will be charged separately at standard pricing. We recommend waiting 2–4 weeks to assess your final results before booking a touch-up.

 

 

Minimum Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment at Lip Invasion. A valid government-issued ID is required at the first appointment. No exceptions.

 

 

​Medical Clearance & Practitioner Discretion

All clients are required to complete a Good Faith Evaluation (GFE) prior to receiving any injectable treatment. This evaluation is performed by our Nurse Practitioner and is available at Lip Invasion for your convenience.

Please note that completion of a GFE does not guarantee treatment. Our licensed injector reserves the right to decline or postpone any procedure based on clinical judgment, medical history, or contraindications. If you have known health concerns or ongoing medical conditions, we strongly recommend obtaining a doctor’s note or medical clearance prior to your appointment to support a smooth approval process. Client safety and ethical practice are our highest priorities.

 

 

No Children or Extra Guests

To maintain a sterile environment and respect client privacy, no children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the treatment space. Please arrive alone to your appointment unless pre-approved for medical or accessibility reasons.

 

 

Product & Technique Disclaimer

Results vary based on anatomy, metabolism, and product use. We do not guarantee perfect symmetry or specific outcomes. Our injector uses professional discretion to recommend the appropriate amount of product and technique for safe, natural-looking results. Requests for excessive product or overcorrection may be declined.

 

 

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Cherry Financing (with prior approval). Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.

 

 

Additional Disclaimers

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or excessive rescheduling.
