POLICIES & TERMS
At Invasion Aesthetics, we take pride in providing high-quality services and a professional experience. To respect our time, protect our schedule, and ensure fairness for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, prepaid packages, deposits, or missed appointments - no exceptions.
Financing Policy
Invasion Aesthetics is not responsible for any refund requests processed through third-party financing providers such as Cherry, Afterpay, or CareCredit. If you choose to finance your treatment through Cherry, please note that all repayment terms are handled directly with them and remain due in full, even if you cancel or do not complete your treatments. We do not issue partial or full refunds for any purchases made through Cherry financing.
Cancellations & Late Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may be rescheduled or considered a no-show at our discretion.
Deposits & Prepaid Packages
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your scheduled treatment.
• Prepaid packages are intended to be completed within the recommended treatment timeline for best results.
– 3-session packages expire 3 months from purchase.
– 6-session packages expire 6 months from purchase.
• Deposits, prepaid packages, and unused or expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Touch-Up Policy
Results vary based on individual anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, and treatment goals. While many clients achieve their desired results within their initial appointment, some may choose to schedule additional treatment to further refine or maintain their results.
Any additional product or treatment beyond the original appointment is priced separately unless otherwise stated. We recommend allowing 2–4 weeks for full settling and healing before considering further treatment.
Minimum Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older.
A valid government-issued ID is required at your first appointment.
Medical Clearance & Practitioner Discretion
All clients are required to complete a Good Faith Evaluation (GFE) prior to receiving any injectable treatment. This evaluation is performed by a licensed Nurse Practitioner.
Completion of a GFE does not guarantee treatment. Our injector reserves the right to decline or postpone any procedure based on clinical judgment, medical history, or contraindications. If you have any known health concerns or ongoing medical conditions, we strongly recommend obtaining a doctor’s note or medical clearance prior to your appointment. Client safety and ethical practice are our highest priorities.
No Children or Extra Guests
To maintain a sterile environment and respect client privacy, children, pets, and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area. Please arrive alone unless prior approval has been given for medical or accessibility reasons.
Product & Results Disclaimer
Results vary based on anatomy, metabolism, and product used.
We do not guarantee perfect symmetry or specific outcomes.
Our injector uses professional discretion to determine the appropriate amount of product and technique for safe, natural-looking results. Requests for excessive product or overcorrection may be declined.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Cherry financing (with prior approval).
Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
Additional Disclaimers
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or excessive rescheduling.
